E separation Approve and reject radio button not found in Reporting manager IVIEW

Hi,

We are working on E separation . When the Employee raises a separation request , the request comes to the Reporting Manager . In the reporting manager Login i am not able to find the Approve or reject button were the reporting manager can approve or reject the Separation request of his employee. This is webdynpro ABAP in EHP5 . Please suggest the settings what i need to do here .

One more problem is i am not able to edit the information in Reporting manager login . I can just view the request raised by the employee . Please suggest how we can edit the request .
