No partner data on IPAD ( CRM Sales 2.01)

Hi,

All my customizations are made, depending on documentations for SAP CRM Sales 2.1.

When i trigger inital load, 150 records are transfered to NW mobile. I can see data on ET_PARTNER tables with SDOE_WB transaction.

When my device connects to SUP, also subscription active, no data is passed from NW Mobile to IPAD. even master data like countries.

Where can be the problem ?

And documantation talks about an uiconfiguration.xml file for modifying the screen menu. Where is it ? I can not see leads,opportunutiy etc..

Issue looks like data distribution from DOE to Device. Please check the Distribution Models are all active in SDOE_WB transaction.

For the UI config XML files is part of source code and it is not shipped in standard.

hi,

i checked SDOE_WB and all data objects are at green state.

But there is a very strange dump after executing "inital load for TRANSACTION CUSTOMIZING"

After triggering it for "general customizing" and "transactional customizing" , it gives succes after it but when i look to NW Mobile side, i see a dump that call function /MSA/CUST_MD_GETDETAIL not found, why ?

And last question , how can i see opportunity tab on my screen menu ? i just see accounts and contacts (see also calender,map,notifications...)

I mean check the "Distribution Model" of MAS_CRMSALES_DMWCV, not "Data Model".

For "FM not found" issue, I almost sure you have set wrong RFC destination in Backend Adapter.

Also check SDOE_SR transaction.

Hm for the MAS_AUTH_CUST and MAS_CUSTOMIZATION ,

RFC destinations are set to NONE,

i think it is because why i can not get even countries to the IPAD.

RFC destination should be CRM backend. I think you have skipped the "ESDMA Application Setup Wizard" configuration step or put wrong value. Please double check the configuration guide 2.0.1.

Thanks so much,

i recived countries, cities etc. well, still can not receive partners.

I created 1 account and 1 contact, and they are also created in CRM system.

On, SDOE_WB tables, i see 2 more rows added to PARTNER table. But after unsubcribe / subscribe , i can see no data ( also 2 records that i cretaed before)

So where can be the error ? And still dont know how to add OPPORTUNITY tab to menu, will it be

avalible when opportunites created in system ?

Check the child node ET_BUPA_EMPLOYEE.

Have you maintained Transaction type for opportunity?

I recommend you start test data transfer from CRM to Device first.

Create transaction data in CRM and assign Employee Responsible to you.

ET_BUPA_EMPLOYEE has no rows,

on Analytics section i can see my opportunites in a report, but no opportunity menu on main screen.

i will check transaction type.

If i can receive partners probably other problems will be removed

i can receive what i created on IPAD no problem thanks for this first.

well,

I can not see Opport. menu in my screen, how can this be possible ?

On analytics section, i can see oppt. reports.

Some check points:

1. Have you set transaction type for Opportunity in CRM Sales configuration?

2. Have you scheduled delta load for customizing object?

3. Create an opportunity in CRM Backend. Is it transferred to device?

1 - yes crm consultants checked it,

2 - i am loading inital and delta no change, for accounts and contacts it is ok, but others doesnt work

3- yes, it is transfered to ANALIYTCS but i cant see opportunity tab on main menu.

can u connect pls ? you have a personal gmail or an im account ?

on backend integration log, i see error for MAS_AUTH_CUST

can it be because of that ? But that table is empty when i look at it .

Dear Bilen,

I tested with Mobile Sales 2.0.1 and partner functions are downloaded to the device. Just check whether the rules are active.

BTW, initial data download for quotations is not happening. I have reported it to SAP. Even have issues with Product download.

can you see opportunity tab on menu ?

i can only work with accounts and contacts

Ya Bilen. I can see it.

Ensure that SPRO customization and data objects are generated. Also ensure that rules are active.

It should work .

how can i check if rules are active ? ( i though i selected all and acitave on esdma design )

and rules for opportunity only ? i feel we will solve it go on helping please .

Bilen,

You can login to DOE Admin and Monitoring portal. Go to Administration -> Distribution Rule administration. Filter the DM SWCV .

It will be MAS_CRMSALES_DMWCV , 2.0 of  SAP.

Check whether all the rules are active.

Bilen,

You need not worry, Check whether the transaction information has arrived to DOE. I saw in the previous posts that you got an error while downloading customization data.

Check in MAS_AUTHCUST and child node opportunity, whether you have got related opportunity transaction types.

previously, we were trying to implement, Sybase CRM Sales 1.2.1, and there are some customizations on SAP NW Gateway to Mobile 1.1 section on SPRO, should i delete them ? because we are all using CRM Sales menu on SPRO. That menu was not avalible on 1.2.1

Hi Bilen,

No. You need not delete them. Some of the transaction customization screens are shared by Mobile Sales 2.0.

I understand that Auth Cust data is not in DOE. This is the problem. If you get the data in Auth Cust, you will be able to get data to the device.

YYYYYEEAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSS MADE IT 

THE PROBLEM IS MAS_AUTH_CUST .

there were duplicate records because of ACTIVITY download criteria, i deleted them and result is OK after retriggering customizing
