Hi,
We are facing one issue in Leave request.
Whenever line manager is being changed for a particular employee,he is not getting the employee's existing pending leaves.Existing Leaves are in the worklist of previous manager only because system is assigning the line manager user id as next agent at the time of leave request creation.

what is you customisation in rule group? it is line manager or last agent?
please check this
in table V_PTARQ_TPROCESS. You can go to the table by below IMG path.
TCD: PTARQ >> service specific settings >> working time >> leave request
>> define processing processes for each rule group
I would like to advise you to reset the next agent with "LINE MANAGER"
firstly. You can refer to the field help document.
