Purchase requisition has to be approved twice

Hello,

I'm facing with the problem which I can not find any solution around.

When the purchase requisition changed I mean the amount of material or the unit price ( which is belongs to 2 step release strategy ) system works as it supposed to be and all the activated check boxes for release are cancelled in order to start over.

So far so good but after that,

When I open me54n to check the release box A warning show up which says ID:006685 'Releases already effected will be cancelled' and when press the ok, it change the screen me53n and do not keep my approve check. I have to repeat me54 twice in order to release it.

It not a problem with one step release strategies. It happens only with multiple ones.
