Cellkey Range populates values from cellkeyrange instead of applying formulas

Hello, A very helpful community member had recommended Cellkey Range for one of my requirements. It worked once and then for some reason I am not able to make it work. The issue is this: In the cell key range there is a formula like =if($G9=n,"ALL_PCTR","NO_PCTR"). Now if G9 doesnt have N, then it is populating with NO_PCTR.the issue is, however, for all the rows it will populate with NO_PCTR instead evaulating Cell GX(X being the respective row). So basically its just taking value instead of formula. If I look at cells right by data range, it doeesnt have formula. It only has NO_PCTR. How do I fix this?
