AS Java "Some Processes Running" Exit Code 2150

Hello together,

today I discovered that my AS Java Instance (Release 711) is not running and tried to start. I tried it several times and I am always facing

503 Service not available

when trying to reach my Web Dynpro application.

In Management Console it says

jstart.exe ... Status: "Some processes running"

On right-click the "Developer Trace" tells me:

Do you have any ideas how to solve this?

I tried to upgrade the JVM short time ago, but that didn't work... So I assume didn't break anything, but who knows...
