Crystal reportd based on Sap r3 tables like BSEG,VBRK

Can you guide me what kind of reports we can create in Crystal reports based On BSEG Table and what reports we can create based on VBRK Tables?

Is there ant standrad reports we can create based on these tables?

If so, which columns i need to select?
