How to run reports automatically

Hello,

in case of a project in our company I need to know how to run reports automatically.

Somebody told me, that it should be possible to create a report and set a time when it should be generated (daily, weekly,monthly).

I never found this option. We are using Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.1.

Does anybody know how it works?

I hope u understand what I mean, my english is not that good sometimes 😊
