EVDRE reports in BPC10 NW version

Hi Experts,

Is it possible to create EVDRE reports in BPC 10. I know only we can open existing EVDRE reports in BPC 10 which we created EVDRE reports in 7.5.

Please share your ideas on this.

Hello,

Yes, it is possible to create an EVDRE report in BPC 10 for NetWeaver. Though there is no such a tool to create a report we had in BPC 7.5, you can copy/paste a definition or create the report manually. Additional work will be to test and adjust/remove some features from EVDRE which might not be supported in BPC 10.

I tested on BPC 10 SP05.

Hi,

It is possible to build evdre reports, the workaround is that you take one working migrated evdre and copy and paste and modify for your requirement.

I have seen it for simple scenarios and it worked.

You don't have EVDRE functions in BPC 10 and you don't build your reports through EVDRE, rather in BPC 10, EPM add-in functions have been added which will be used to create reports.

If you do have some of the reports in BPC 7.5 which you want to migrate to EPM 10, there is an option for that.
