Hi All,
We have a customer that is having an issue printing reports that contain an image file (logo) in the header of the report. We are using the Crystal Runtime for Visual Studio 2010 WPF viewer with Service Pack 3 installed. The users are running and printing the report through Citrix. The report prints to the screen okay, but when they click the printer icon from the toolbar of the WPF viewer and click the Print button from the Windows Print Dialog, the report does not print to the printer, no error message. We ran processmon on the server and could not find any errors/permission issues.
The report prints fine when they try printing it using the Crystal XI Runtime (our older runtime) but is not working with the Crystal for Visual Studio 2010 Runtime.
If we remove that image from the report, then have the user print the report using the WPF 2010 Runtime then the report prints to the printer just fine. If we add a smaller image file to the report and print the report to the printer it prints just find. It seems like when we place a larger .jpg on the report header, then the report will not print to the printer.
Another odd thing is that the report prints Okay for some users with the larger logo file, but does not print for other users.
Any ideas or suggestions besides using a smaller image file in the report header?
Thanks!
TP
