Can we do Inventory if the Equipment status is ASEQ

Hi Experts,

Suggestions will be appreciated.

I have created Equipment master where the Equipment is assigned to Superior Equipment. And the status of Equipment is ASEQ

Will the  Equipment  allow to do  inventory.

Dear Chandra,

You can not do the inventory of Equipment if its staus is ASEQ. You need to dismantle the

Equipment and send it to the store. After that its status will be changed to ESTO.

Once the equipment status is ESTO, you can maintain the inventory.

Note : If you want to track equipment inside/outside the company, better you implement serial no management.

Hi Chandra,

ASEQ means assigned to superior equipment.You need to activate status ESTO and maintain the inventory.Go to IE02 -> Edit -> Special serial no. func. -> Manual transaction -> To stock and save.
