click on c folder create or assign shortdump CX_CFX_FATAL_ERROR

Hi ,

If i Click on C folders -> create or Cfolders -> assign error is coming : "Attachment set data is incorrectly filled"

short dump is : CX_CFX_FATAL_ERROR

I am checking is there any oss notes availble for this. But i didn't find any.

This short dump is coming with or without attachement. Please anybody have any for this.

I have cehcked one of the ossnotes i.e Note 1453083 - Fatal error/termination when upload is called. I think this is for while uploading attachement. or can i proceed with this ossnotes.

in Mycase without attachement uplaod also if I click on C folders -> create or Cfolders -> assign facing this issue.

Please advise me ..

Dear Viswanath,

Could you please check if you have assigned the right role to the user in C-folder?

You need to assign number of roles such as administrator and creator.

User have both roles administrator and creator also.

Is there any other advises please?
