Error Withholding tax

Hi Experts,

i am getting error in withholding tax calculation.

Withholding tax information missing from line item. Message no. 7Q301.

when i tick the liable tab ( automatic deduction) in vendor master itsworking fine but when i remove this stick error given by the system.

Please help.
