Short Dump when checking Technical scenario details Solman 7.1 SP4

Hello everyone,

I am faced problem in tcode SOLMAN_WORKCENTER (logged as SOLMAN_ADMIN). I try to fix status for application server Java and when I try to expand red status for Monitoring status:

a get an error:

Error while processing your query 
What has happened? 
The URL call http://hostname.pl:8000/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ags_workcenter was terminated because of an error. 
Note 
The following error occurred in system XXX : Access via 'NULL' object reference not possible.
The error occurred on application server SAPXXX_00 and in work process 1 . 
The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

 What can I do? 
If the termination type is RABAX_STATE, you will find more information on the cause of termination in system XXX in transaction ST22. 
If the termination type is ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, you will find more information on the cause of termination on the application server SAPXXX_XXX_00 in transaction SM21. 
If the termination type is ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, you can search for further information in the trace file for the work process 1 in transaction ST11 on the application server. SAPXXX_XXX_00 . You may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes. 
If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system adminmistrator.

Have you tried patching the kernel on Solman and / or patching the saphostagent that resides on the system you are trying to resolve the error for?

If you get the short dump component WDC_ALRT_SELF_MON_OVRVIEW in solman_workcenter then please also check note 1672890.

Thanks note 1672890 solved our problem, now we getting only error text and no short dumps.

Apologies for the delay, I had a look st the short dump attached but could not find anything specific for this. Maybe you can open an OSS message and the issue will be looked at further.
