it is posible without workcenter and task list can i make a plan and schedule the plan

actually client want to truck cost of maintenance he wants only start date of maintenance, end date of maintenance and the cost for the maintenance , he don't want the material used and service

he wants only on this date maintenance done and the amount on this same date spend for the maintenance

kindly tell me how can i map this scenario
