unabel to configure Import server on Hana

Dear,

I have follow these steps mentioned on http://www.sapstudent.com/hana/quick-view-screen-for-modeler-in-sap-hana-part-1 to configure Import server on Hana.

but when I try to import a table with import/Mass import i have this error :

**No ABAP system configured for Mass import. Contact system Administrator for details.**

when I try with Import/Selective import i have this error :

***Error while fetching connections from repository REF_xxx at location xxxxxx:8080 (503)Service Unavailable***

do you have any idea ?
