Issue on Connection

Hi Experts,

I am new to Crystal Reports i have one issue ...currently we got one requirement on Crystal Reports work.Issues is i have access to QA....But when i login to crystal reports using QA id i got Error messge like (YOU DONT HAVE RIGHTS THE NECESSARY RIGHTS TO DESIGN REPORTS AGAINST SAP SYSTEM)...

Please help me out this issue..is there any configuration or connection we need to do or any authentication object to add ..PLS help me
