IDocs are not processed because of BGRFC locks

Hi All,

Because of BGRFC locks in the system, IDocs are not getting processed.
These locks are happening with repeated errors for example "Screen output without connection to user". When we delete the locks, BGRFC queue is getting processed. But we need help in how to avoid these errors.
