PR,PO and GRN details , all-in-one report

Hello experts,,

  Our purchase guy wants me to develop all in one report for PR, PO and GRN details, all in one sheet.

   Is there any standard report in SAP for such details, as I dont find so. If not, have any one developed such report, if so, just share it.

   It would be of kind regards...

There is no report with this all in one information, You can refer below link for lots of report codes, Also for development you can refer tables - EKPO, EKKO, EKBE, MSEG, MKPF, BSEG BKPF, I think from this tables you can adopt your logic,

  Ya I tried but unfortunately no such report for your requirement but if you want to know the details for single material doc. Then you can use T-code MB03 this will give you the details about the PO and PR (reference doc.)

Hi,

Unfortunatly no direct rport available.You can use report with Transaction Codes: ME5A,ME2N,MB5S,ME80FN and S_P00_07000139.If not happy with, then go for query report with tables joining of PR,PO and material document on GR with 101 movement type

Hi

There is no Standard Transaction for PR-PO-GR .You have to customize using PR is the selection parameter and develop program.

ME5A will give details of PR-PO

ME2N will give details of PO- GR details

Look at the report ME2N does capture the PR number (and PR line item number) in the report output.

   I tried ME2N report, i got all necessary things, thanks for it, but only one thing remained that is PR number, as you said ME2N traces PR number in the report outpt, but i dont find it so, can u elaborate on it plz..
