Difference in cost between IW39 and MCi8 transactions

Hi all,

The actual cost values shown in IW39 and MCi8 transactions are different for me.
Input given is functional location. And the period range given is same for both the transactions; Also uit of measure is USD in both cases.
Please let me know what could be the possible reason for this.
