UPGRADE/FINAL_ADJUSTMENTS/STOP_J2EE_FINAL Phase SOLMAN 7.1 Upgrade Error

Hello All,

We are in the middle of SAP SOlution Manager 7.1 Upgrade from SAP Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1 SP24 to SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SPS04.

Currently the Solution Manager 7.1 Upgrade is stopped at JAVA_STOP_FINAL Phase in the DOWNTIME Phase.

Kindly share your thoughts and experiences if you would have come across the same kind of issue.

Please suggest on how to proceed further.

The execution of UPGRADE/FINAL_ADJUSTMENTS/STOP_J2EE_FINAL ended in error.

Could not stop AS Java instance with name J2EE and number 00 of the standard system.
Could not stop instance 00.

Use the information provided to trouble-shoot the problem. There might be an OSS note providing a solution to this problem. Search for OSS notes with the following search terms:
