The number of registered devices has reached the maximum limit for your license

Hello everyone,

We have a fresh install of SUP 2.1.2 and are using it with the Sybase hosted relay server while we fiddle around and get comfortable with the environment. We started working on a "Hello World" type application for Android with data connectivity to our ERP backend system. We are hitting some speedbumps there but that's another thread.

The error below keeps popping up intermittently on the workflow client app on the android handset:

“5;The number of registered devices has reached the maximum
limit for your license."

Code 405

In the SCC web interface I can see the information below:

Does anyone have any insight on this error? Is there a license that needs to be purchased from SAP and added to the license server?
