Anyone out there know how to get the system to deploy less than 100% of production when a PUSH strategy is used? We have lines that don't necessarily attain 100% of scheduled production resulting in STO's needing to be modified. Would like to deploy only 85 or 90 of the scheduled production.
what I know is that you can set the procedure profile in heijunka scheduling in ERP's repetitive manufacturing to schedule to whatever percentage you would like it to be restricted to. Go to Production>>Repetitive Manufacturing>>Planning>>procedure profile in customizing... there is a setting for how much of the available capacity you want to make available for scheduling
good luck

Hi Christopher,
You can use Push deplyement user defined distribution-U with BADI DISTRIBUTE_USER_DEFINED. The standard methods may not meet your requirement.
Thanks
