Issue with mail trigerring - sost

Mails are not triggering in our QA server. We have 2 clients in this QA server and last week I did remote client copy for a client. After this activity I am not able to see any entries in SOST transaction.

I try to send mail from SBWP but no queue entries are showned in SOST transaction.

The same is working fine in another client without any issue.

Configuration:

1.SOST are in place

2. Domain value maintain properly

3. SOST, I am not able to see any record in queue

4. This issue starts after client remote copy

Hi Sridhar,

In SU01 ,... is the email id mentioned properly.

Moreover check the default domain in SCOT -> Settings
