Enabler role concept in GRC

Hello Experts

I have a situation where client maintains Business roles and enable roles . Business role are job specific and enabler roles are org unit specific .

We would ike to implement this .I know business roles is straight forward way of doing it GRC 10 but what about enabler role .

What we want to implement that as soon we select user group we should get filtered enabler role for that group .
