APD for query

Hi

I am trying to create APD whose source is Query and target is DSO.

I created a simple query with one characteristic infoobject.I created one Direct Update DSO which has only one charcateristic(this is key too) and simple transformation...I executed APD...I am getting following errors:

Error occured when starting the parser:timeout during allocate /CPC-CALL:'ThSAPCMRCV'

Syntax error in MDX statement

Termination:Error when executing the query

Processing cancelled

I have following doubts:

1.what is the error I am doing in this dataflow creation

2.Do I need to use only Direct update DSO when using DSO as datatarget for APD?
