Doubt about Start routine

Hi

I am writing one start routine where I want to populate one internal table with one BW query result.Its a very simple BW query.How can I do this?

I have heard of FM RRW3_GET_QUERY_VIEW_DATA

RSCRM_BAPI but donot know how to use them to populate one internal table in my start routine...

Any ideas how to do this?
