Getting error while creating transport request

Hi all,

I am getting below error while creating transport request.

Object '006NZQZKUVCPTI1JPU2TZSX8I' (ROUT) of type 'Routine' is not available in version 'A

whether I drag and drop a transformation or a BEx query I get the same error message. under routines I do not see this routine technical name. Can you please tell me where can I find the routines information.
