Appraisals - Changes are not accepting in PHAP_CHANGE

My previous question is not available now in the forums. Seems it has been deleted. So I am once again asking the same .

Jinu,

I received your responce, asking me to log in as the appraisee / appraiser as per the role. I have given my self as appraiser, and loged in with my user id, but still I am not able to do any changes in phap_change.

Gurus, Please suggest.
