Org.unit-BP integration issue

Hi Experts,

we are in CRM 7.0 SP2 environment, where we created org.model but to our surprise no BP is created for org.units as we did not see any BP Id being generated/displayed under Business partners column though we followed best practice guide to "set up integration with organization management" (C02_BB_configuration guide--->3.3.3), it ask to maintain following settings.....

Activate HR Integration

HRALX

OBPON

ON

Integration O-BP Activated

HRALX

ONUMB

1

Business Partner Number Assignment (Org. Unit)

HRALX

OSUBG

**blank**

Business Partner Subgroup (Organizational Unit)

finally, we run following reports also:

1)CRM_COM_ORGMAN_BUPA_INTEGRATE

2)CRM_MKTBP_ZCACL_UPDATE_30

But no use, still BP(with role Org.Unit) is not being generated for org.units, 

what else is required to be maintained here ? what settings are required apart from the above mentioned..?

Please help us resolve this issue as many customizing activities requires ORG.Units with BP ids.

Hi G.One,

Try synchronising it in tx. CRM_OM_BP_INTEGRATE. Select your Org. Unit and execute it. This will show you if your Org. has any error in its data. If it has no error, then it will create BP Id for the same.
