If you are using FI and HR on a same system it's not so difficult but if you are a HR consultant you should take a hand of FI consultant.
Just go SPRO and under payroll section customize "Reporting for Posting Payroll Results to Accounting".
By the way if you have a distributed system, I mean running FI and HR on different clients or different physical systems it's a bit complex because of, for example, ALE settings.
