Alert monitoring for for Service Order Validity date

Hi team,

We have a business requirement to be mapped in SAP.

The service Orders are having the Validity start and end dates maintained.We want to develop a alert monitoring system that will send a mail to the group of users ,three months before the Validity end date of the service order.

How to configure this in the system..?
