confusion in VAT

HI

I want to know if for price is more than 8 lac and for that vat is 14.5% and below that 13.5. can we make it automatically if price is more that 8 lac it will pick up 14.5% as VAT ?

I also want to know how can i see my previous post in this new version i am not finding it

pls help
