In Process Quality Inspection

Dear All,

When we maintain inprocess inspection through routing or master recipe (for Production order & Process Order respectively) then creaton of Production order or process order trigers inspection lot.

But in case of 03 type of inspection what trigers the inspection lot?

Pls clarify.

Inspection type 03 is in process inspection and creation of production orders triggers creation of inspection lots.

A small but important distinction.  It is the release of the orders that trigger the creation of the 03 inspection lot.  You can create orders but not release them.
