Nast is not getting updated

Hi All,

I am trying to attach an output type through my custom program for sales orders. When I try to do it in debugging, it attaches the output type perfectly but when I don't go to debugging, it is not attaching the output type and nast table is not getting updated. How can I solve this issue?
