Characteristic in differente lenguage

Dear Experts,

I would like to know if it is possible to create a characteristic (type char [30]) that could have diferente description in each lenguage. I know that it is possible when I create a list of values for this chacteristic, but not with a free text field.

So, when I create a material with this characteric of free text, I want to know if I could type a description in spanish in this characteristic, and then if I login in english, I would like to know if it posible to type this description in english.

Hello,

Checking the thread you told me, I think that is not possible to make want I need, I mean, it is not possible to translate the description of free text characteristics, without predefined values.

Is it correct?
