Delta download of Listing

Good afternoon,

we have download successfully to CRM 7.0 an inclusion listing from ECC and we can consult it from WebUI. The problem comes when a material is inserted or
deleted in the ECC downloaded listing, the changes are not reaching to CRM. Can be something that we are missing? Any ideas?
