I have a requirement, where my client wants to have 2 to 5 Objectives, and 3 to 8 Goals in the appraisal template. Manger should have chance to Add the objectives/ goals if required while cascading the goals / Objectives.
And need to have supervisor as first appraiser and Manager as second appraiser. No SELF APPRAISAL.
Also need to have weightage while cascading the objectives / goals in the initial stage, and when doing final appraisal, the final ratings should get average (60 % out of total 100 % from Objectives, and 40 % out of total 100% from Goals).
Gurus, need your help / guidance please.
