Smartform problem in a pre printed page format

Hi all,

I have a smartform with only 1 page. It has to be printed on a pre printed page format. When there are multiple pages for an input, the first page prints correctly, but, when the second page gets printed, it goes two or three lines above form the normal way. And when the third page gets printed it still goes more higher. Please help me out. Anything to do with the page format? My Pre printed stationery is 30.9 * 25.6 cm.
