    Hi Amol,

    In addition to Juan, you can choose one of the upgrade strategies as per document, below;

    http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/products/upgrade/11gr2-upgrade-methods-wp-2010-175757.pdf

    Additionally, you can find the upgrade guide, in the document, below;

    http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/server.112/e23633/toc.htm

    Best regards,

      1.First you check the OS requirement as suggested by SAP.

      2.Download required software from MP.

      3.Create two new mountpoints if r OS is command based.

           /oracle/sid/112_64

           /oracle/sid/stage

      4.uncar oracle software in /oracle/sid/stage

      5.install oracle 11.2 in new mount point /oracle/sid/112_64

      6.install SAP bundle patch in /oracle/sid/112_64

      7.run some pre upgrade scripts

      8.start oracle upgrade using DBUA tools ,before running DBUA shurdown ur database(old) and set two env .

      9.run some post upgrade scripts.

      11.make changes in env files form 102_64 to 112_64

      12.change oracle client.
