Cannot load Master data using DTP

When we are loading master data through DTP it showing a message already red request exists so do we "delete" or "repair" ?

If we choose "delete" option we are getting MESSAGE_TYPE_X Dump and in the error analysis it is showing

triggered on purpose by the key word MESSAGE (type X).

and if we choose repair also we are getting dump MESSAGE_TYPE_X Dump but in the error analysis it is showing
