Opening Fiscal Year

Hello experts,

Our company's fiscal year ended on 31st march, and now they want me to open the new fiscal year from April 31 2012 to March 30 2013

I have handled queries regarding period opening using mmpv,mmrv and OB52 tcodes.

Since I am new in SAP, I dont know how to open a new fiscal year in SAP, can anyone guide me in detail how to handle this query.
