error in infopackage

dear gurus,

i've a infopackage which is in process chain,

it failed with message-"ERROR OCCURRED IN THE DATA SELECTION"

in details tab under extraction.

so the no. of data packets are 0.

please help me with solution.

and how to trigger the processes which are below this task.
