Warning Msg: Material ..... has Service Item only; msg No: ME324

Hi,

   While creating a PO for a material, the system give a warning msg: Material ..... has service item only. Msg No: ME324.

I checked in the material master, Purchasing view, the Plant specific material status. The Value for that field is blank. can anyone guide me where to solve this.

Dear Sanjay,

Please check if the "valid from" date is set to future date in your system for the article, if yes, then the message ME324 can only be triggered when you creating PO in a later date than "valid from".
