Transformation which has master data infoobjets is getting inactive when infoobject is transported

Hello Everyone,

I have a transformation between one DSO and Cube. In the transformation i am reading Master data of one infoobject. When ever i transport the Infoobject with changes, the transformation between my DSO and Cube is getting inactivated.

Will this happen?

Need your suggestions..
