Problem with Pre launch

Hi All,

For few pre launch materials,the pre-launch independent requirement were generated . The reservation of those material components(Network) were deleted, but the IndReq.for these materials are still getting displayed in MD04.

The PIR's were deleted via md74,but I would like to know the reason " When the Network or Wbs Elements are delted,ideally the PIR's should be deleted" ? but not in this case.

Can someone pls let me know the reason for this non-deletion of PIR's wrt the deletion of Networks ?
