How to Set the optional mandatory for Account assignment by Purchasing documet?

Hi all,

I have done the configuration in SPRO for  the account assignment category P to made WBS element as mandatory.

But the requirement for that category(P) is, WBS element should be optional in PR and mandatory in PO.

Is this possible? Any alternative apart from using the ABAP?

Please help.

Hi,

As you needed WBS element should be optional in PR and mandatory in PO, then create PR with account assignment category U and  then create PO wrt PR and during PO creation change account assignment category from U to P and enter WBS element and save the PO.
