No price shows in the ERP B2B catalog

Hi Experts,

I have setup a best practice for SAP E-Commerce for ERP with B2B.

We are using IPC prices, and I am using with a simple pricing procedure with the main condition as PR00.

The price is NOT visible in the catalog only, it is visible everywhere else in the webshop.

No price is shown, only the currency is visible. If I check the pricing analysis, the complete complete access details are visible and the price is calculated - Gross and Net Values.

When I add the product to the basket, then the prices are visible in the minibasket. However, if I go to the Shopping Basket, the Total Price is visible, but it is not visible at the Item level (Individual level).

I was able to create the sales order successfully and right upto the Invoice and Accounting Document clearing.

I have checked all the places - XCM, Shopadmin and also checked the SAP Note - 1358883.

It was fun to see the ERP shop up and running so quickly but this issue is quite annoying.

I look forward to one of you experts out there to fix this issue for me.

Regards,

Nelson.

Hi Denis,

Thanks for your reply.

I did check your response, and I have verified the Statistical flag, and I have tried leaving the "Main Condition Type" as PR00 and also as "blank", but still no luck.

I also checked the SM53 VMC Logs and there does not seem to be any error.

What else can I check?

Nelson,

Are you have cleared the price cache?

IPC_DET_CLEAR_CUST_BUFFER

Hi Denis,

Thanks again for your response.

I cleared the buffer as you mentioned - with Application as "V" and Usage as "PR".

Sadly, still no luck, the price is still not shown.

Please let me know if there is something else I can do.

Nelson.

Hi, Nelson.

Which condition for price are you use in the product cataloag?

I don't know how it's using in the ERP system.

Hi Denis,

Thanks for your response.

The same condition type i.e. PR00 is present for the pricing procedure and it shows all the prices in the pricing analysis including PR00 and the discount condition - K007.

Nelson.

Hello Nelson,

How are you?.

In CRM we will select IPC pricing in the shop configuration did you select that?.

There may be some parameters for PR00 are getting failed in catalog level , but may be available in the shopping basket level.

For that you can check the condition table which is having the value for PR00 and in debugging you can whether all those values are getting filled up exactly as in the shopping basket.

Thanks and Regards

Hello Shanto,

I am fine, good to meet on SCN here, hope you're good too!

I am using an ERP Catalog scenario. Hence I have selected the IPC pricing option in the ERP Shopadmin application.

For the following...

There may be some parameters for PR00 are getting failed in catalog level , but may be available in the shopping basket level.

How do we check that without NWDS or NWDI? This is a simple internal Sandbox environment, where the NWDI and NWDS is not setup. What is the easiest possible way to investigate this issue?

Also, the issue is that the prices do not appear in the Catalog and Shopping Basket at unit level. Meaning in the shopping basket, they are displayed for the totals - Net and Gross, not at item level. At catalog it is missing on all pages - List and Detail.

Nelson.

Hello Nelson,

The below analysis may help you to find some clues of this issue.

1. Create an order for the same transaction type in GUI and check this exists in GUI.

2. is PR00 marked as header condition?.

3. is there any pricing routines attached to this conditions?

Thanks and Regards
