Hello colleagues,

Do you know any possibility to add or change AA transaction type (BWASL) during MIRO processing.

Customer requirement is to choose appropriate AA transaction type during processing of MIRO.

Thanx,

Anna

Hi,

When you do MIRO posting, system post to "RE" document type and you can cross check in T.code: OMR4,click "Document type" and find that find RE document type allowed for account type for Asset,Vendor, material and G/L account for t.code: MIRO. So if you retrict to MIRO only for asset, then how you will post orther account type with MIRO t.code?

So better create new document type ZE for your asset posting in t.code: OMR4,click "Document type" and allowed by selecting only check box in account type for Asset and Vendor in "Account type allowed" segment and save. Now assign this new document type ZE to t.code: MR00 in in T.code: OMR4,click "Document type in Invoice verification" and save.

So as needed ,for  Asset invoice verification you can use  with t.code: MR00 instead of MIRO t.code.

Hi Biju Kumar,

thank you on your answer but I don't see how it can help me to change or choose different AA transaction type in MIRO.

Requirement is to define AA transaction type in MIRO so it can be taken during FI posting in the background. Is there any standard way to add this field on MIRO item level? If there is will system automatically take it during FI postings in the background.

Anna

You should try with using "Document type" field in 'Details" tab, there you can use 'AA', The document type classifies the accounting documents. It is stored in the document header.

Hi,

The above my reply said do  Asset invoice verification with t.code: MR00 by doing above setting, you can not use MIRO t.code.System should post all accounting document automatically and just do above setting in system once and try posting! If you are so much chosy to enter G/L account during vendor invoice verification, then use t.code: FB60 and just enter vendor invoice.

Hi Tej Yadav,

Invoice can have lot of items, but just few of them are assets. For this assets I need to define transaction type (field BWASL). Each of this assets can have different transaction type (different value of BWASL) and it should be defined in MIRO. After posting MIRO, defined BWASL should be taken when FI document is posted.

I don't know how to menage it, and that is why I posted this question.

Hi,

I need to use MIRO because customer what to have PO for asset purchasing, and it is strict requirement. We are not doing GR for assets and we need somehow to distinguish different transaction types for different assets in MIRO. I need somehow to include some field on MIRO or to use substitution to distinguish different transaction types.

How to manage it?

Anna
