Report of historical stock

Former Member

Hi Expert,

I am from tobacco company

In my company, sometime we need to find available stocks on past date, detail with batch number.

Currently, I used MC.9 or MB5B, but these reports only show me the stock quantity without batch number.

Please advise whether there are any t-code to show it.

inventory of batch stocks is still a grey area. we can't fully satisfy the client as most of the standard inventory reports wont show batches and if it shows there is problem with historical data. J3RFLVMOBVED is useful to get the results if you are thinking in user perspective. But this report has its own limitations. check this OSS notes(Note 947515 - J_3RMOBVED behavior and limitations) for more details and logic of this report. If you're a consultant you can check the batch tables.

we even had a similar kind of requirement where clients wants the historical stock values but with respect to characteristics maintained. for example, they want to know historical stock for a period for certain customers where customer is a batch characteristics. We are developing a custom report for this. If your requirement is to fetch data by characteristics wise, you need to think of developing a custom report. I hope you want this report for audit purpose

Hi,

Check with following options:

Option-1 => Use history tables MARDH, MBEWH and  MCHBH for  stock information, previous period stock

Option-2 => Check tables MBEW, MARD and  MCHB for Current stock data is stored

Option-3 => Check in T.Code: S_P00_07000139

Hi Biju,

Am not able to access tables in SAP. Since I can't access t-code given by you, is it mean I need to ask  development report?

Thanks,

Selvi
